Fast growing, Derby based creative company Koobr are looking for an enthusiastic, talented ‘Creative Revolutionary’ to join their team. This is your chance to become a valued part of an innovative, well respected creative agency, bringing on board new customers and helping to look after existing ones – making a real difference to the organisation.

You’ll be a bright spark with ambition to conquer the world! The priority of the role is to acquire new customers and educate existing clients about other products and services encouraging repeat orders through great customer service.

You would be an integral part of the team, working closely with management, production and administration staff and assisting with the customer journey from first contact to regular reviews after project completion.

We have never been about the ‘hard sell’ and much prefer getting sales through building relationships and then great customer service. That being said, we are still very proactive and have traditional targets and sales processes and are very ambitious and success driven.

Whilst it is not essential that you have creative industry experience, if you are able to demonstrate an understanding of the industry, it will help.

Full training in the products and services you will be selling will be provided and a full UK driving licence and own transport are essential to enable travelling to and from meetings.

Duties include:

  • Researching / identifying prospective clients
  • Quality business development calls/emails to companies in order to sell the benefits/services
  • Building strong and successful relationships with clients and prospects through follow-up calls, emails and meetings etc
  • Arrange and attend meetings to visit the prospective client
  • Assisting with the creation of proposals and tender responses
  • Creating / delivering presentations
  • Networking, events, and exhibitions
  • Updating CRM system with potential client information
  • Helping to refine and manage the sales process / customer experience
  • Working towards KPIs and targets

The ideal candidate:

  • Well presented, confident and easy to get on with
  • Self motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • A proven track record with B2B sales and business development
  • Proven experience and confidence with closing sales
  • Target driven with the desire to succeed
  • • Clear communication skills (written, face-to-face and over the phone), with the ability to manage expectations
  • • Strong research and problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • • Strong computer literacy and excellent ability to learn new IT systems
  • • Experience in conducting face-to-face client meetings and presenting to potential clients
  • • Take full ownership of any tasks that they are allocated, caring about the outcome and taking responsibility for their own quality control
  • • Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential to enable traveling to and from meetings
