Join the creative revolution:

Fast growing, Derby-based creative agency Koobr, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Co-ordinator to join our team.

This is your chance to become a valued member of an innovative team within a well-respected local organisation.

Your role will be to make a real difference to Koobr, prioritising the growth of the company through new business generation, as well as maintaining the strength of our relationships with existing customers.

You would be an integral part of the team, working closely with management and production to develop Koobr’s sales and customer relationship strategy. You will oversee the customer journey from first contact through to project completion, then maintain an ongoing relationship with regular, effective communication.

You will be responsible for providing support for business development activities by responding to incoming enquiries and by providing outstanding levels of customer service to clients and suppliers.

You will ensure that the end-to-end sales process is carried out seamlessly, efficiently and to the highest standards, including pro-active sales activity, preparing quotations, writing proposals and preparing reports on business performance.

As an organisation, we have never focused on the ‘hard sell’ and much prefer achieving sales through building relationships and great customer service. We are, however, still very proactive when it comes to identifying opportunities and adopting traditional processes to meet ambitious targets and drive success.

Whilst it is not essential that you have experience in the creative/marketing sector, being able to demonstrate an understanding of the industry will be beneficial to the role. Full training in Koobr’s products and services will be provided.

We’d expect the successful candidate to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for travelling to and from client meetings (if required).
